These Terms & Conditions outline the rights, mutual obligations, acceptable usage parameters, and service terms governing your deployment of AiTeleMate autonomous voice agents.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, or “you”) and AiTeleMate Technologies (“AiTeleMate”, “we”, “us”).
AiTeleMate provides an enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform facilitating autonomous AI calling agents for inbound customer support, outbound qualification, appointment scheduling, reminders, and related voice telephony workflows.
By creating an account, accessing the website, initiating voice campaigns, or integrating our APIs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
To access the platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete corporate and contact details. You agree to:
You agree not to utilize AiTeleMate services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or invasive communications. Specifically, you agree not to:
Customer retains primary legal responsibility for ensuring that all outbound call campaigns, call lists, call recording mechanisms, and conversation scripts strictly adhere to applicable local and international telecommunications laws, including:
AiTeleMate reserves the right to immediately suspend or throttle accounts displaying abnormal carrier error rates, high consumer spam complaints, or regulatory non-compliance.
Access to certain features, calling capacity, and telephony minutes requires enrollment in a paid subscription or pay-as-you-go credit allocation.
Recurring subscription plans renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your workspace billing settings.
Canceling a recurring plan terminates future renewal charges while maintaining access to existing plan benefits through the remainder of the current paid billing cycle.
All right, title, and interest in and to the platform—including underlying AI voice engines, speech recognition pipelines, software code, UI designs, brand marks, and documentation—belong exclusively to AiTeleMate and its licensors.
Customers retain full ownership of their proprietary business data, contact lists, custom CRM workflows, and campaign prompts. Customer grants AiTeleMate a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data strictly as necessary to execute the voice services.
AiTeleMate may suspend or terminate your account and access to the telephony infrastructure immediately, without prior liability, if:
The platform and voice telephony services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, latency-free, or error-free telephony connections, as carrier hops and speech recognition accuracy may depend on external telecommunications networks and acoustic conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AiTeleMate, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or operational data. AiTeleMate's cumulative aggregate liability for all claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.
The parties agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
